On this page you will find the privacy statement of Dimo Systems BV. We are located at (5311 PB) Gameren aan de Rondgang 10. We are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 65274334.

In this statement we explain which personal data we process about you.

We handle personal data with care. We ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. We do this by checking from time to time whether our services meet the right requirements, both in the field of data security and in the field of compliance with data protection legislation, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are “responsible” within the meaning of the GDPR.

You decide for yourself what data you provide to us, but some data is required to be passed on to us.

Special personal data

We have no intention of collecting special personal data. Not in a physical sense, but also not via our website. These are data that are (may) be sensitive. This concerns, for example, data on a person’s race, religion or health. Only when we would need special personal data in order to comply with legal obligations or if you have given your explicit consent, we will request and process them.

Newsletter/Mailings

We offer a newsletter, with which we inform interested parties about news about our activities. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent. Each newsletter sent by us contains a link with which you can unsubscribe (opt-out) and a link with the possibility to adjust your data. When you have provided your personal data for the purposes of receiving the newsletter, your personal data will be stored for as long as you wish to receive our newsletter. The newsletter file is not shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to info@dymosystems.com.

Storage of data

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. This means, for example, that we do not store your data longer than necessary for the provision of our services or products and/or the performance of an agreement concluded between us. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will delete your personal data immediately. If you have applied for a position with us, your personal data will be deleted after you have asked us to do so, or four weeks after the application procedure has ended. Of course, you can always ask us to delete the personal data you provide to us. We will comply with your request, unless this is contrary to a legal retention period, technical or organizational requirements or other legal obligations, which we must comply with.

Provision to third parties
